Our Wing Chun system follows a structured 10-level progression, ensuring students develop a deep understanding of both the traditional and practical aspects of Wing Chun. Each level builds upon the previous, refining technique, sensitivity, power, and adaptability.
Training includes:
- Open-Hand Techniques – Core Wing Chun strikes, blocks, and hand manoeuvres.
